Post by jimbaum »

I'm working to install a spell checker for this discussion board as a result of Zach's question. Stand by! Jim B.

I have a lot to learn...

Post by jimbaum »

I'm finding out that there is more to adding a spell checker than I thought!

I stumbled on to the concept of an Easy Mod feature that would make it easer to make such modifications in the future... But I'm not smart enough to add the Easy Mod feature!

So then I thought I would try to manually add the Spell Checker...

It's going to take a while for me to familiarize myself with the world of php code and files and such before I can add the mod.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Please post your suggestions in the "Questions & Comments about this Discussion Board" forum.

Thanks! Jim B.

Say what?

I just noted that the spell checker feature is showing up below the message area... but the above styles aren't working!! That is, "quote" or bold for example.

Auto Spell Checker

Auto Spell Checker

Note to everyone: The spell checker feature is now automatic, so whether you click on Spell Check or Submit the spell checker pop-up will come up.
